Let your mercy, O LORD, be upon us, according as we hope in you.

ZAIN. Remember the word to your servant, upon which you have caused me to hope.

Let, I pray you, your merciful kindness be for my comfort, according to your word to your servant.

But I have trusted in your mercy; my heart shall rejoice in your salvation.

Many sorrows shall be to the wicked: but he that trusts in the LORD, mercy shall surround him.

O LORD, be gracious to us; we have waited for you: be thou their arm every morning, our salvation also in the time of trouble.

Then he touched their eyes, saying, According to your faith let it be for you.
