Is it good to you that you should oppress, that you should despise the work of your hands, and shine upon the counsel of the wicked?

Your hands have made me and fashioned me together throughout; yet you destroy me.

You shall call, and I will answer you: you will have a desire for the work of your hands.

Know that the LORD he is God: it is he that has made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endures to all generations.

But the mercy of the LORD is from everlasting to everlasting upon those who fear him, and his righteousness unto children’s children;

O give thanks to the LORD; for he is good: for his mercy endures for ever.

I will cry unto God most high; unto God that performs all things for me.

He shall send from heaven, and save me from the reproach of him that would swallow me up. Selah. God shall send forth his mercy and his truth.

LORD, you will ordain peace for us: for you also have performed all our works in us.

And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do for them, and not forsake them.

This people have I formed for myself; they shall show forth my praise.

Every branch in me that does not bear fruit he takes away: and every branch that bears fruit, he purifies it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

Being confident of this very thing, that he who has begun a good work in you will perform it until the day of Jesus Christ:

Faithful is he that calls you, who also will do it.

Therefore let those who suffer according to the will of God commit the keeping of their souls to him in well doing, as to a faithful Creator.
