And the LORD turned the captivity of Job, when he prayed for his friends: also the LORD gave Job twice as much as he had before.

If I had called, and he had answered me; yet would I not believe that he had listened to my voice.

And I will be found by you, says the LORD: and I will turn away your captivity, and I will gather you from all the nations, and from all the places to which I have driven you, says the LORD; and I will bring you again into the place from which I caused you to be taken away captive.

Then will I cast away the children of Jacob, and David my servant, so that I will not take any of his descendents to be rulers over the children of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob: for I will cause their captivity to return, and have mercy on them.

Also, O Judah, he has appointed a harvest for you, when I returned the captivity of my people.

For, behold, in those days, and at that time, when I shall bring back the captivity of Judah and Jerusalem,

And they, when they had heard that he was alive, and had been seen by her, did not believe.

And their words seemed to them as idle tales, and they did not believe them.

And while they yet did not believe for joy, and wondered, he said to them, Have you here any food?

And he went out, and followed him; and did not know that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision.

That then the LORD your God will turn your captivity, and have compassion on you, and will return and gather you from all the nations, to which the LORD your God has scattered you.
