Therefore was he hired, that I should be afraid, and do so, and sin, and that they might have cause for an evil report, that they might reproach me.

A hypocrite with his mouth destroys his neighbor: but through knowledge shall the just be delivered.

The righteous is more excellent than his neighbor: but the way of the wicked seduces them.

A wayward man sows strife: and a whisperer separates best friends.

He shuts his eyes to devise wayward things: moving his lips he brings evil to pass.

Do not envy the oppressor, and choose none of his ways.

You therefore, beloved, seeing you know these things beforehand, beware lest you also, being led away with the error of the wicked, fall from your own steadfastness.

Saul also sent messengers to David’s house, to watch him, and to kill him in the morning: and Michal David’s wife told him, saying, If you do not save your life tonight, tomorrow you shall be slain.

And Saul said to Michal, Why have you deceived me so, and sent away my enemy, that he has escaped? And Michal answered Saul, He said to me, Let me go; why should I kill you?
