It is an abomination to kings to commit wickedness: for the throne is established by righteousness.
Therefore the LORD established the kingdom in his hand; and all Judah brought to Jehoshaphat presents; and he had riches and honor in abundance.
The king’s strength also loves justice; you establish equity, you execute justice and righteousness in Jacob.
Righteous lips are the delight of kings; and they love him who speaks right.
Every purpose is established by counsel: and with good advice make war.
Take away the wicked from before the king, and his throne shall be established in righteousness.
He that turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be an abomination.
The king that faithfully judges the poor, his throne shall be established for ever.
The king by justice establishes the land: but he that receives gifts overthrows it.
But he who did not know, and committed things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For to whomever much is given, of him shall much be required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.
For all that do such things, and all that do unrighteously, are an abomination unto the LORD your God.
And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he who sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he judges and makes war.
