The mouth of the just brings forth wisdom: but the obstinate tongue shall be cut out.

Who have said, With our tongue we will prevail; our lips are our own: who is lord over us?

Let the lying lips be put to silence; which speak wicked things proudly and contemptuously against the righteous.

The mouth of the righteous speaks wisdom, and his tongue talks of justice.

But the king shall rejoice in God; every one that swears by him shall glory: but the mouth of those who speak lies shall be stopped.

The mouth of a righteous man is a well of life: but violence covers the mouth of the wicked.

In the lips of him that has understanding wisdom is found: but a rod is for the back of him that lacks understanding.

He that has an obstinate heart finds no good: and he that has a perverse tongue falls into mischief.

She opens her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness.
