Now also when I am old and grayheaded, O God, do not forsake me; until I have shown your strength to this generation, and your power to every one that is to come.
I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.
And it shall be, when their fathers or their kindred come to us to complain, that we will say to them, Be favorable to them for our sakes: because we did not reserve to each man his wife in the war: for you did not give them to them at this time, that you should be guilty.
