And when the cloud was taken up from the tabernacle, then after that the children of Israel journeyed: and in the place where the cloud remained, there the children of Israel pitched their tents.
And all the congregation of the children of Israel journeyed from the wilderness of Sin, during their journeys, according to the commandment of the LORD, and pitched in Rephidim: and there was no water for the people to drink.
They shall not hunger nor thirst; neither shall the heat nor sun strike them: for he that has mercy on them shall lead them, even by the springs of water shall he guide them.
Or whether it was two days, or a month, or a year, that the cloud stayed upon the tabernacle, remaining on it, the children of Israel remained in their tents, and journeyed not: but when it was taken up, they journeyed.
