And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
And Jacob vowed a vow, saying, If God will be with me, and will keep me in this way that I go, and will give me bread to eat, and clothing to put on,
Then shall the man be guiltless from iniquity, and this woman shall bear her iniquity.
Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, When either a man or woman shall separate themselves to vow a vow of a Nazarite, to separate themselves unto the LORD:
