I know that, whatever God does, it shall be for ever: nothing can be added to it, nor anything taken from it: and God does it, that men should fear before him.

Neither shall you swear by your head, because you can not make one hair white or black.

Therefore I say to you, Do not be anxious about your life, what you shall eat, or what you shall drink; nor yet for your body, what you shall put on. Is not the life more than food, and the body more than clothing?

And why are you anxious about clothing? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they neither toil nor spin:

Therefore do not be anxious, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, With what shall we be clothed?

Therefore do not be anxious about tomorrow: for tomorrow shall be anxious about the things of itself. Sufficient to the day is the evil thereof.

And Jesus answered and said to her, Martha, Martha, you are anxious and troubled about many things:

And when they bring you to the synagogues, and to magistrates, and powers, do not be anxious how or what thing you shall answer, or what you shall say:

And he said to his disciples, Therefore I say to you, Do not be anxious for your life, what you shall eat; neither for the body, what you shall put on.

But now has God set the members, every one of them, in the body, as it has pleased him.

Be anxious for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.

Casting all your cares on him; for he cares for you.
