Jesus therefore again groaning in himself came to the grave. It was a cave, and a stone lay upon it.

Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank you that you have heard me.

Now in the place where he was crucified there was a garden; and in the garden a new sepulcher, in which no one had ever been laid.

The first day of the week came Mary Magdalene early, when it was yet dark, to the sepulcher, and saw the stone taken away from the sepulcher.
