And he commanded the multitude to sit down on the grass, and took the five loaves, and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, he blessed, and broke, and gave the loaves to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.
And Jesus took the loaves; and when he had given thanks, he distributed to the disciples, and the disciples to those who were seated; and likewise of the fish as much as they desired.
He that regards the day, regards it for the Lord; and he that does not regard the day, to the Lord he does not regard it. He that eats, eats to the Lord, for he gives God thanks; and he that does not eat, to the Lord he does not eat, and gives God thanks.
Otherwise when you shall bless with the spirit, how shall he that occupies the position of the unlearned say Amen at your giving of thanks, seeing that he does not understand what you say?
As soon as you have come into the city, you shall at once find him, before he goes up to the high place to eat: for the people will not eat until he comes, because he blesses the sacrifice; and afterwards they eat that be invited. Now therefore go up; for about this time you shall find him.
