And whoever speaks a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, nor in the world to come.

But the hypocrites in heart heap up wrath: they do not cry out to God when he binds them.

The Son of man came eating and drinking, and they say, Behold a man gluttonous, and a drunkard, a friend of tax collectors and sinners. But wisdom is justified by her children.

Therefore I say to you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Spirit shall not be forgiven men.

For the Son of man is Lord even of the sabbath day.

He also who received seed among the thorns is he who hears the word; and the concerns of this world, and the deceitfulness of riches, choke the word, and he becomes unfruitful.

The enemy that sowed them is the devil; the harvest is the end of the world; and the reapers are the angels.

As therefore the tares are gathered and burned in the fire; so shall it be in the end of this world.

Is not this the carpenter’s son? Is not his mother called Mary? and his brothers, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas?

And Jesus said to him, The foxes have holes, and the birds of the air have nests; but the Son of man has nowhere to lay his head.

Who shall not receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brothers, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

Truly I say to you, All sins shall be forgiven the sons of men, and whatever blasphemies with which they shall blaspheme:

But he who shall blaspheme against the Holy Spirit never has forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:

And whoever shall speak a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but to him that blasphemes against the Holy Spirit it shall not be forgiven.

And the lord commended the unjust steward, because he had done wisely: for the children of this world are wiser in their generation than the children of light.

Who shall not receive manifold more in this present time, and in the world to come life everlasting.

Then said Jesus, Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do. And they parted his garments, and cast lots.

The Son of man came eating and drinking; and you say, Behold a gluttonous man, and a winebibber, a friend of tax collectors and sinners!

And there was much murmuring among the people concerning him: for some said, He is a good man: others said, No; but he deceives the people.

(But this spoke he of the Spirit, which those who believe in him would receive: for the Holy Spirit was not yet given; because Jesus was not yet glorified.)

They answered and said to him, Are you also from Galilee? Search, and look: for out of Galilee arises no prophet.

Repent therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out, when the times of refreshing shall come from the presence of the Lord;

Far above all rule, and authority, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come:

Who was formerly a blasphemer, and a persecutor, and injurious: but I obtained mercy, because I did it ignorantly in unbelief.

This is a faithful saying, and worthy of all acceptance, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners; of whom I am chief.

For bodily exercise profits little: but godliness is profitable for all things, having promise for the life that now is, and for that which is to come.

Instruct those who are rich in this world, that they be not proud, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy;

For Demas has forsaken me, having loved this present world, and has departed to Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus to Dalmatia.

Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world;

Pure religion and undefiled before God and the Father is this, To visit the fatherless and widows in their affliction, and to keep oneself unspotted from the world.
