And they departed into an uninhabited place by boat privately.

And he spoke to his disciples, that a small boat should be ready for him because of the multitude, so that they should not crowd around him.

And when they had sent away the multitude, they took him even as he was in the boat. And there were also with him other little boats.

And the people saw them departing, and many knew him, and ran on foot to there out of all cities, and arrived before them, and came together to him.

And immediately he urged his disciples to get into the boat, and to go on ahead to the other side to Bethsaida, while he sent away the people.

And he went up to them into the boat; and the wind ceased: and they were greatly amazed in themselves beyond measure, and wondered.

After these things Jesus went over the sea of Galilee, which is the sea of Tiberias.
