And the LORD plagued Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarai Abram’s wife.

And while the flesh was yet between their teeth, before it was chewed, the anger of the LORD was kindled against the people, and the LORD struck the people with a very great plague.

But when Jesus knew it, he withdrew himself from there: and great multitudes followed him, and he healed them all;

And Jesus went on, and saw a great multitude, and was moved with compassion toward them, and he healed their sick.

And pleaded with him that they might only touch the edge of his garment: and as many as touched were made perfectly whole.

And Jesus went around in all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.

And he said to her, Daughter, your faith has made you whole; go in peace, and be whole from your infirmity.

And wherever he entered, into villages, or cities, or country, they laid the sick in the streets, and pleaded with him that they might touch if it were but the border of his garment: and as many as touched him were made whole.

And he came to Bethsaida; and they brought a blind man to him, and pleaded with him to touch him.

And he entered into one of the boats, which was Simon’s, and asked him to put out a little from the land. And he sat down, and taught the people out of the boat.

And the whole multitude sought to touch him: for there went power out of him, and healed them all.

And a certain centurion’s servant, who was dear to him, was sick, and ready to die.

And in that same hour he cured many of their infirmities and suffering, and of evil spirits; and to many that were blind he gave sight.

To the extent that they brought out the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at least the shadow of Peter passing by might fall on some of them.

For whom the Lord loves he disciplines, and scourges every son whom he receives.
