And leaving Nazareth, he came and dwelt in Capernaum, which is upon the sea coast, in the region of Zebulon and Naphtali:

And Jesus went around in all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.

And immediately he called them: and they left their father Zebedee in the boat with the hired servants, and went after him.

And when they had come out of the synagogue, they entered at once into the house of Simon and Andrew, with James and John.

And all the city was gathered together at the door.

And he preached in their synagogues throughout all Galilee, and cast out devils.

And he arose from there, and came into the region of Judea by the farther side of the Jordan: and the people came to him again; and, as he was accustomed, he taught them again.

And he entered again into the synagogue; and there was a man there who had a withered hand.

And when the sabbath day was come, he began to teach in the synagogue: and many hearing him were astonished, saying, Where did this man receive these things? And what wisdom is this which is given to him, that even such mighty works are done by his hands?

And you, Capernaum, which are exalted to heaven, shall be thrust down to hell.

And he was teaching in one of the synagogues on the sabbath.

And he came to Nazareth, where he had been brought up: and, as his custom was, he went into the synagogue on the sabbath day, and stood up to read.

And he said to them, You will surely say to me this proverb, Physician, heal yourself: whatever we have heard done in Capernaum, do also here in your country.

And Paul, as his custom was, went in to them, and three sabbath days reasoned with them out of the scriptures,

And he reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks.
