He sent his word, and healed them, and delivered them from their destructions.

For he spoke, and it was done; he commanded, and it stood fast.

And said, If you will diligently listen to the voice of the LORD your God, and will do that which is right in his sight, and will give ear to his commandments, and keep all his statutes, I will put none of these diseases upon you, which I have brought upon the Egyptians: for I am the LORD that heals you.

And they were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, What thing is this? What new doctrine is this? For with authority commands he even the unclean spirits, and they obey him.

And they were all amazed, and spoke among themselves, saying, What a word is this! For with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits, and they come out.

And he put forth his hand, and touched him, saying, I will: be thou clean. And immediately the leprosy departed from him.

Then Jesus went with them. And when he was now not far from the house, the centurion sent friends to him, saying to him, Lord, do not trouble yourself: for I am not worthy that you should enter under my roof:

For I also am a man placed under authority, having under me soldiers, and I say to one, Go, and he goes; and to another, Come, and he comes; and to my servant, Do this, and he does it.

See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.

The LORD kills, and makes alive: he brings down to the grave, and brings up.
