Micah the Morasthite prophesied in the days of Hezekiah king of Judah, and spoke to all the people of Judah, saying, Thus says the LORD of hosts; Zion shall be plowed like a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps, and the mountain of the house like the high places of a forest.

Then will I make this house like Shiloh, and will make this city a curse to all the nations of the earth.

Why have you prophesied in the name of the LORD, saying, This house shall be like Shiloh, and this city shall be desolate without an inhabitant? And all the people were gathered against Jeremiah in the house of the LORD.

How the gold has become dim! how the most fine gold has changed! the stones of the sanctuary are poured out at the head of every street.

Because of the mountain of Zion, which is desolate, the foxes walk upon it.

Therefore shall Zion for your sake be plowed like a field, and Jerusalem shall become heaps of ruins, and the mountain of the house like the high places of the forest.

Open your doors, O Lebanon, that the fire may devour your cedars.

For I will gather all nations against Jerusalem to battle; and the city shall be taken, and the houses plundered, and the women ravished; and half of the city shall go forth into captivity, and the rest of the people shall not be cut off from the city.

And Jesus said to them, Do you not see all these things? Truly I say to you, There shall not be left here one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

And Jesus answering said to him, Do you see these great buildings? There shall not be left one stone upon another, that shall not be thrown down.

And they asked him, saying, Master, but when shall these things be? And what sign will there be when these things shall come to pass?
