(And they said to him, Lord, he has ten pounds.)
And this was yet a small thing in your sight, O Lord GOD; but you have spoken also of your servant’s house for a great while to come. And is this the manner of man, O Lord GOD?
And he called him, and said to him, How is it that I hear this of you? Give an account of your stewardship; for you may be no longer steward.
And he said to those that stood by, Take from him the pound, and give it to him that has ten pounds.
For I say to you, That to every one who has shall be given; and from him that has not, even what he has shall be taken away from him.
