He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young.

And whoever shall offend one of these little ones who believe in me, it would be better for him that a millstone were hanged around his neck, and he were thrown into the sea.

So when they had eaten, Jesus said to Simon Peter, Simon, son of Jonah, do you love me more than these? He said to him, Yes, Lord; you know that I love you. He said to him, Feed my lambs.

But I have made use of none of these things: neither have I written these things, that it should be so done to me: for it would be better for me to die, than that anyone should make my boasting of no effect.

To the weak I became as weak, that I might gain the weak: I am made all things to all men, that I might by all means save some.
