So the altar shall be four cubits; and from the altar and upward shall be four horns.

And you shall take of the blood thereof, and put it on the four horns of it, and on the four corners of the ledge, and upon the border round about: thus shall you cleanse and purge it.

And he shall go out to the altar that is before the LORD, and make an atonement for it; and shall take of the blood of the bullock, and of the blood of the goat, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about.

And the priest shall take of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and shall pour out its blood at the bottom of the altar of burnt offering.

And the priest shall take of the blood thereof with his finger, and put it upon the horns of the altar of burnt offering, and shall pour out all the blood thereof at the bottom of the altar.

And he killed it; and Moses took the blood, and put it upon the horns of the altar round about with his finger, and purified the altar, and poured the blood at the bottom of the altar, and sanctified it, to make reconciliation upon it.

But the fat, and the kidneys, and the lobe above the liver of the sin offering, he burnt upon the altar; as the LORD commanded Moses.

And he killed the burnt offering; and Aaron’s sons presented to him the blood, which he sprinkled round about upon the altar.

He killed also the bullock and the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings, which was for the people: and Aaron’s sons presented to him the blood, which he sprinkled upon the altar round about,

For it was fitting for him, for whom are all things, and by whom are all things, in bringing many sons to glory, to make the captain of their salvation perfect through sufferings.
