Leviticus 25:10

And you shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof: it shall be a jubilee unto you; and you shall return every man to his possession, and you shall return every man to his family.

Who is there among you of all his people? his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem, which is in Judah, and build the house of the LORD God of Israel, (he is the God,) which is in Jerusalem.

Who executes justice for the oppressed: who gives food to the hungry. The LORD sets the prisoners free:

I am the LORD your God, who have brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage.

That you may say to the prisoners, Go out; to those who are in darkness, Show yourselves. They shall feed in the pathways, and their pastures shall be in all high places.

For the day of vengeance is in my heart, and the year of my redeemed has come.

Now when all the princes, and all the people, which had entered into the covenant, heard that every one should let his manservant, and every one his maidservant, go free, that none should be served by them any more, then they obeyed, and let them go.

This is the word that came to Jeremiah from the LORD, after the king Zedekiah had made a covenant with all the people which were at Jerusalem, to proclaim liberty to them;

But if he gives a gift from his inheritance to one of his servants, then it shall be his until the year of liberty; afterwards it shall return to the prince: but his inheritance shall be his sons’ for them.

A jubilee shall that fiftieth year be unto you: you shall not sow, neither reap that which grows of itself in it, nor gather the grapes in it of your uncared for vine.

In the year of this jubilee you shall return every man to his possession.

And then shall he depart from you, both he and his children with him, and shall return to his own family, and to the possession of his fathers shall he return.

And if he is not redeemed in these years, then he shall go out in the year of jubilee, both he, and his children with him.

That he would grant to us, that we being delivered out of the hand of our enemies might serve him without fear,

Now the Lord is that Spirit: and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.

For this Hagar is mount Sinai in Arabia, and corresponds to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children.

For, brethren, you have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but by love serve one another.

As free, and not using your liberty as a covering for maliciousness, but as the servants of God.
