And they put him under guard, that the mind of the LORD might be shown them.

If you shall do this thing, and God commands you so, then you shall be able to endure, and all this people shall also go to their place in peace.

And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,

And they put him under guard, because it was not declared what should be done to him.

And Moses brought their cause before the LORD.

And Moses said to them, Stand still, and I will hear what the LORD will command concerning you.
