And he took a potsherd to scrape himself with; and he sat down among the ashes.

The roaring of the lion, and the voice of the fierce lion, and the teeth of the young lions, are broken.

For word came to the king of Nineveh, and he arose from his throne, and he laid his robe aside from him, and covered himself with sackcloth, and sat in ashes.

Or what man is there of you, whom if his son asks for bread, he will give him a stone?

If a son shall ask for bread from any of you that is a father, will he give him a stone? Or if he asks for a fish, will he instead of a fish give him a serpent?
