Even from the mount Halak, that goes up to Seir, even to Baal-gad in the valley of Lebanon under mount Hermon: and all their kings he took, and struck them, and slew them.
Turn, and take your journey, and go to the mount of the Amorites, and to all the places near it, in the plain, in the hills, and in the valley, and in the south, and by the sea side, to the land of the Canaanites, and to Lebanon, to the great river, the river Euphrates.
Then we turned, and took our journey into the wilderness by the way of the Red sea, as the LORD spoke to me: and we circled around mount Seir many days.
And he said, The LORD came from Sinai, and rose up from Seir unto them; he shone forth from mount Paran, and he came with ten thousands of saints: from his right hand went a fiery law for them.
And he shall deliver their kings into your hand, and you shall destroy their name from under heaven: there shall no man be able to stand before you, until you have destroyed them.
From the wilderness and this Lebanon even unto the great river, the river Euphrates, all the land of the Hittites, and unto the great sea toward the going down of the sun, shall be your territory.
And to the Canaanite on the east and on the west, and to the Amorite, and the Hittite, and the Perizzite, and the Jebusite in the mountains, and to the Hivite under Hermon in the land of Mizpeh.
