For oftentimes also your own heart knows that you yourself likewise have cursed others.

And when he had said these things, all his adversaries were ashamed: and all the people rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by him.

When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said to her, Woman, where are those your accusers? Has no one condemned you?

Then spoke Jesus again to them, saying, I am the light of the world: he who follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came to him; and he sat down, and taught them.

And the scribes and Pharisees brought to him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst,

And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground.

Who show the working of the law written in their hearts, their conscience also bearing witness, and their thoughts meanwhile accusing or else excusing one another;)

You who say that a man should not commit adultery, do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you commit sacrilege?

For if our heart condemns us, God is greater than our heart, and knows all things.
