Then they went out of the city, and came to him.
Who are these that fly as a cloud, and as the doves to their windows?
So the last shall be first, and the first last: for many are called, but few are chosen.
Come, see a man, who told me all things that I ever did: is not this the Christ?
In the meantime his disciples urged him, saying, Master, eat.
And many of the Samaritans of that city believed in him because of the saying of the woman, who testified, He told me all that I ever did.
Immediately therefore I sent to you; and you have done well that you have come. Now therefore we are all present here before God, to hear all things that are commanded you by God.
And when the Jews went out of the synagogue, the Gentiles pleaded that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath.
Be it known therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent to the Gentiles, and that they will hear it.
Moreover the law entered, that the offense might abound. But where sin abounded, grace did much more abound:
