And one went in, and told his lord, saying, Thus and thus said the maid that is of the land of Israel.

And they departed quickly from the sepulcher with fear and great joy; and ran to bring his disciples word.

And they rose up the same hour, and returned to Jerusalem, and found the eleven gathered together, and those who were with them,

And returned from the sepulcher, and told all these things to the eleven, and to all the rest.

And at this his disciples came, and marveled that he talked with the woman: yet no one said, What do you seek? or, Why do you talk with her?

Come, see a man, who told me all things that I ever did: is not this the Christ?

There came a woman of Samaria to draw water: Jesus said to her, Give me a drink.
