And he said, Lay not your hand on the lad, neither do anything to him: for now I know that you fear God, seeing you have not withheld your son, your only son from me.
And he said, Take now your son, your only son Isaac, whom you love, and go into the land of Moriah; and offer him there for a burnt offering on one of the mountains which I will tell you of.
For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counselor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
He that believes in him is not condemned: but he that does not believe is condemned already, because he has not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
