So they ran both together: and the other disciple outran Peter, and came first to the sepulcher.

Then the priest shall see the plague: and, behold, if it be in sight deeper than the skin; and there be in it a yellow thin hair; then the priest shall pronounce him unclean: it is a dry scale, even a leprosy upon the head or beard.
Peter therefore went out, and that other disciple, and came to the sepulcher.
And he stooping down, and looking in, saw the linen cloths lying; yet he did not go in.
Then went in also that other disciple, who came first to the sepulcher, and he saw, and believed.
Do you not know that those who run in a race all run, but only one receives the prize? So run, that you may obtain it.
For if there is first a willing mind, it is accepted according to what a man has, and not according to what he has not.
