All things are delivered to me by my Father: and no one knows the Son, but the Father; neither does anyone know the Father, except the Son, and anyone to whom the Son will reveal him.

Now before the feast of the passover, when Jesus knew that his hour had come that he should depart out of this world to the Father, having loved his own which were in the world, he loved them to the end.

For he has put all things under his feet. But when he says all things are put under him, it is plain that he is excepted, who put all things under him.
