Jesus said to him, Have I been such a long time with you, and yet you have not known me, Philip? He that has seen me has seen the Father; and how can you say then, Show us the Father?
For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, has shone in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said to me, See that you do not do it: I am your fellow servant, and of your brethren who have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.
