And David said to God, Is it not I that commanded the people to be numbered? even I it is that have sinned and done evil indeed; but as for these sheep, what have they done? let your hand, I pray you, O LORD my God, be on me, and on my father’s house; but not on your people, that they should be plagued.

But put forth your hand now, and touch all that he has, and he will curse you to your face.

And the LORD said to Satan, Behold, all that he has is in your power; only upon himself do not put forth your hand. So Satan went out from the presence of the LORD.

And they shall pass through it, hard pressed and hungry: and it shall come to pass, that when they shall be hungry, they shall stir themselves up, and curse their king and their God, and look upward.

And the Israelite woman’s son blasphemed the name of the LORD, and cursed. And they brought him to Moses: (and his mother’s name was Shelomith, the daughter of Dibri, of the tribe of Dan:)

And you shall speak to the children of Israel, saying, Whoever curses his God shall bear his sin.

And I heard a loud voice saying in heaven, Now have come salvation, and strength, and the kingdom of our God, and the power of his Christ: for the accuser of our brethren is thrown down, who accused them before our God day and night.
