Why is light given to a man whose way is hid, and whom God has hedged in?

Therefore, behold, I will hedge up your way with thorns, and make a wall, that she shall not find her paths.

For she did not know that I gave her grain, and wine, and oil, and multiplied her silver and gold, which they prepared for Baal.

Then spoke Jesus again to them, saying, I am the light of the world: he who follows me shall not walk in darkness, but shall have the light of life.

And when they cried out to the LORD, he put darkness between you and the Egyptians, and brought the sea upon them, and covered them; and your eyes have seen what I have done in Egypt: and you dwelt in the wilderness a long season.
