And as your servant was busy here and there, he was gone. And the king of Israel said to him, So shall your judgment be; you yourself have decided it.

The steps of his strength shall be hindered, and his own counsel shall throw him down.

Will you also make void my judgment? will you condemn me, that you may be righteous?

Who is he that hides counsel without knowledge? therefore have I spoken what I did not understand; things too wonderful for me, which I did not know.

If I justify myself, my own mouth shall condemn me: if I say, I am perfect, it shall also prove me perverse.

So they shall make their own words to fall upon themselves: all that see them shall flee away.

For by your words you shall be justified, and by your words you shall be condemned.

Then the high priest tore his clothes, saying, He has spoken blasphemy; what further need have we of witnesses? Behold, now you have heard his blasphemy.

And he said to him, Out of your own mouth will I judge you, you wicked servant. You knew that I was a severe man, taking up what I did not lay down, and reaping what I did not sow:
