Though Babylon should mount up to heaven, and though she should fortify the height of her strength, yet from me shall destroyers come to her, says the LORD.
And they said, Come now, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach to heaven; and let us make us a name, so that we will not be scattered abroad on the face of the whole earth.

And though they go into captivity before their enemies, there will I command the sword, and it shall slay them: and I will set my eyes upon them for evil, and not for good.
