And the people to whom they prophesy shall be cast out in the streets of Jerusalem because of the famine and the sword; and they shall have none to bury them, them, their wives, nor their sons, nor their daughters: for I will pour their wickedness upon them.

Therefore shall they eat of the fruit of their own way, and be filled with their own purposes.

Your sons have fainted, they lie at the head of all the streets, like a wild bull in a net: they are full of the fury of the LORD, the rebuke of your God.

For the leaders of this people cause them to err; and those who are led by them are destroyed.

They shall die terrible deaths; they shall not be lamented; neither shall they be buried; but they shall be as dung upon the face of the earth: and they shall be consumed by the sword, and by famine; and their carcasses shall be food for the birds of heaven, and for the beasts of the earth.

Therefore deliver up their children to the famine, and pour out their blood by the force of the sword; and let their wives be bereaved of their children, and be widows; and let their men be put to death; let their young men be slain by the sword in battle.

And you, Pashur, and all who dwell in your house shall go into captivity: and you shall come to Babylon, and there you shall die, and shall be buried there, you, and all your friends, to whom you have prophesied lies.

For I have not sent them, says the LORD, yet they prophesy a lie in my name; that I might drive you out, and that you might perish, you, and the prophets that prophesy to you.

Your way and your doings have brought about these things for you; this is your wickedness, because it is bitter, because it reaches unto your heart.

The prophets prophesy falsely, and the priests bear rule by their means; and my people love to have it so: and what will you do at the end of it?

And the carcasses of this people shall be food for the birds of the heaven, and for the beasts of the earth; and none shall frighten them away.

At that time, says the LORD, they shall bring out the bones of the kings of Judah, and the bones of its princes, and the bones of the priests, and the bones of the prophets, and the bones of the inhabitants of Jerusalem, out of their graves:

And they shall spread them before the sun, and the moon, and all the host of heaven, whom they have loved, and whom they have served, and after whom they have walked, and whom they have sought, and whom they have worshiped: they shall not be gathered, nor be buried; they shall be as dung upon the face of the earth.

Yet hear the word of the LORD, O you women, and let your ear receive the word of his mouth, and teach your daughters wailing, and every one her neighbor lamentation.

Speak, Thus says the LORD, Even the carcasses of men shall fall like dung upon the open field, and like the handful of grain after the reaper, and none shall gather them.

And they shall choose men of continual employment, passing through the land to bury with the travelers those who remain upon the face of the earth, to cleanse it: after the end of seven months shall they search.

Therefore thus says the LORD; Your wife shall be a harlot in the city, and your sons and your daughters shall fall by the sword, and your land shall be divided by line; and you shall die in a polluted land: and Israel shall surely go into captivity out of his land.

Let them alone: they are blind leaders of the blind. And if the blind lead the blind, both shall fall into the ditch.

And I heard a great voice out of the temple saying to the seven angels, Go your ways, and pour out the vials of the wrath of God upon the earth.
