LORD, when your hand is lifted up, they will not see: but they shall see, and be ashamed for their envy of the people; yea, the fire prepared for your enemies shall devour them.
And the LORD shall cause his glorious voice to be heard, and shall show the downward stroke of his arm, with the indignation of his anger, and with the flame of a devouring fire, with scattering, and tempest, and hailstones.
For Tophet is ordained from of old; yea, for the king it is prepared; he has made it deep and large: there is a pile of fire and much wood; the breath of the LORD, like a stream of brimstone, kindles it.
And he shall pass over to his stronghold in fear, and his princes shall be afraid of the banner, says the LORD, whose fire is in Zion, and his furnace in Jerusalem.
Therefore is the anger of the LORD kindled against his people, and he has stretched out his hand against them, and has stricken them: and the hills trembled, and their carcasses were torn in the midst of the streets. For all this his anger is not turned away, but his hand is stretched out still.
Your sons have fainted, they lie at the head of all the streets, like a wild bull in a net: they are full of the fury of the LORD, the rebuke of your God.
Thus says the Lord GOD; Are you he of whom I have spoken in old time by my servants the prophets of Israel, which prophesied for many years in those days that I would bring you against them?

The LORD shall send upon you cursing, vexation, and rebuke, in all that you set your hand to do, until you be destroyed, and until you perish quickly; because of the wickedness of your doings, whereby you have forsaken me.
But the heavens and the earth, which now are, by the same word are kept in store, reserved for fire until the day of judgment and perdition of ungodly men.
