Go out from Babylon, flee from the Chaldeans, with a voice of singing declare ye, tell this, proclaim it even to the end of the earth; say, The LORD has redeemed his servant Jacob.

And what one nation in the earth is like your people, even like Israel, whom God went to redeem for a people to himself, and to make him a name, and to do for you great things and awesome, for your land, before your people, which you redeemed to yourself from Egypt, from the nations and their gods?

Now these are the children of the province that went up out of the captivity, of those which had been taken away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had taken away to Babylon, and came back to Jerusalem and Judah, every one to his city;

​When the LORD turned back the captivity of Zion, we were like those who dream.

And in that day you shall say, O LORD, I will praise you: though you were angry with me, your anger is turned away, and you comforted me.

And in that day shall you say, Praise the LORD, call upon his name, declare his deeds among the people, make mention that his name is exalted.

They shall lift up their voice, they shall sing for the majesty of the LORD, they shall cry aloud from the sea.

In that day shall this song be sung in the land of Judah; We have a strong city; salvation will God appoint for walls and bulwarks.

Sing to the LORD a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, you that go down to the sea, and all that is therein; the isles, and the inhabitants thereof.

But now thus says the LORD who created you, O Jacob, and he who formed you, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed you, I have called you by your name; you are mine.

I have blotted out, as a thick cloud, your transgressions, and, as a cloud, your sins: return to me; for I have redeemed you.

You have heard, see all this; and will you not declare it? I have shown you new things from this time, even hidden things, and you did not know them.

Sing, O heavens; and be joyful, O earth; and break forth into singing, O mountains: for the LORD has comforted his people, and will have mercy on his afflicted.

And he said, It is a light thing that you should be my servant to raise up the tribes of Jacob, and to restore the preserved of Israel: I will also give you for a light to the Gentiles, that you may be my salvation to the end of the earth.

The captive exile hastens that he may be loosed, and that he should not die in the pit, nor that his bread should fail.

The LORD has made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.

Depart, depart, go ye out from there, touch no unclean thing; go out of the midst of her; be ye clean, that bear the vessels of the LORD.

Break forth into joy, sing together, you waste places of Jerusalem: for the LORD has comforted his people, he has redeemed Jerusalem.

Behold, the LORD has proclaimed to the end of the earth, Say to the daughter of Zion, Behold, your salvation comes; behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.

In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them: in his love and in his pity he redeemed them; and he bore them, and carried them all the days of old.

Hear the word of the LORD, O ye nations, and declare it in the isles afar off, and say, He that scattered Israel will gather him, and keep him, as a shepherd does his flock.

For the LORD has redeemed Jacob, and ransomed him from the hand of him that was stronger than he.

Set up waymarks, make tall heaps: set your heart toward the highway, even the way which you went: turn again, O virgin of Israel, turn again to these your cities.

Declare ye among the nations, and annuonce, and set up a standard; announce, and conceal not: say, Babylon is taken, Bel is astonished, Merodach is broken in pieces; her idols are put to shame, her images are broken in pieces.

The voice of those who flee and escape out of the land of Babylon, to declare in Zion the vengeance of the LORD our God, vengeance for his temple.

Go out of the midst of Babylon, and go forth out of the land of the Chaldeans, and be as the he goats before the flocks.

My people, go ye out of the midst of her, and deliver every man his soul from the fierce anger of the LORD.

Then the heaven and the earth, and all that is therein, shall sing for Babylon: for the destroyers shall come to her from the north, says the LORD.

Flee out of the midst of Babylon, and deliver every man his soul: be not cut off in her iniquity; for this is the time of the LORD’S vengeance; he will repay to her a recompense.

I will call for them, and gather them; for I have redeemed them: and they shall increase as they have increased.

Sing and rejoice, O daughter of Zion: for lo, I come, and I will dwell in the midst of you, says the LORD.

If any of you be driven out unto the farthest parts of heaven, from there will the LORD your God gather you, and from there will he fetch you:

Rejoice over her, heaven, and you holy apostles and prophets; for God has avenged you on her.

And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that you be not sharers in her sins, and that you do not receive of her plagues.
