Fear not, neither be afraid: have I not told you from that time, and have declared it? you are even my witnesses. Is there a God besides me? yea, there is no God; I know not any.

And he said, I am God, the God of your father: fear not to go down into Egypt; for I will there make of you a great nation:

And his father refused, and said, I know it, my son, I know it: he also shall become a people, and he also shall be great: but truly his younger brother shall be greater than he, and his descendents shall become a multitude of nations.

For who is God, except the LORD? and who is a rock, except our God?

Thus says Cyrus king of Persia, The LORD God of heaven has given me all the kingdoms of the earth; and he has instructed me to build him a house at Jerusalem, which is in Judah.

For I was ashamed to require of the king a band of soldiers and horsemen to help us against the enemy along the way: because we had spoken to the king, saying, The hand of our God is upon all those for good who seek him; but his power and his anger is against all those who forsake him.

For who is God except the LORD? or who is a rock except our God?

It is God that clothes me with strength, and makes my way perfect.

For you are great, and do wondrous things: you are God alone.

Because you have forgotten the God of your salvation, and have not been mindful of the rock of your strength, therefore shall you plant pleasant plants, and shall sow it with foreign cuttings:

Trust in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:

You shall have a song, as in the night when a holy festival is kept; and gladness of heart, as when one goes with a pipe to come into the mountain of the LORD, to the mighty One of Israel.

Show the things that are to come hereafter, that we may know that you are gods: yea, do good, or do evil, that we may be dismayed, and behold it together.

Behold, the former things have come to pass, and new things do I declare: before they spring forth I tell you of them.

You are my witnesses, says the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that you may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be any after me.

I, even I, am the LORD; and besides me there is no savior.

I have declared, and have saved, and I have made known, when there was no strange god among you: therefore you are my witnesses, says the LORD, that I am God.

Let all the nations be gathered together, and let the people be assembled: who among them can declare this, and show us former things? let them bring forward their witnesses, that they may be justified: or let them hear, and say, It is truth.

Thus says the LORD who made you, and formed you from the womb, who will help you; Fear not, O Jacob, my servant; and you, Jeshurun, whom I have chosen.

Thus says the LORD the King of Israel, and his redeemer the LORD of hosts; I am the first, and I am the last; and besides me there is no God.

I have not spoken in secret, in a dark place of the earth: I did not say to the children of Jacob, Seek me in vain: I the LORD speak righteousness, I declare things that are right.

Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none other; I am God, and there is none like me,

I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of my mouth, and I made them known; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass.

I have even from the beginning declared it to you; before it came to pass I made it known to you: so that you would not say, My idol has done them, and my sculptured image, and my molten image, has commanded them.

Who would not fear you, O King of nations? for to you it belongs: seeing that among all the wise men of the nations, and in all their kingdoms, there is none like you.

But there is a God in heaven who reveals secrets, and makes known to the king Nebuchadnezzar what shall be in the latter days. Your dream, and the visions of your head upon your bed, are these;

The king answered Daniel, and said, Of a truth it is that your God is a God of gods, and a Lord of kings, and a revealer of secrets, seeing you could reveal this secret.

That they shall drive you from men, and your dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field, and they shall make you to eat grass as oxen, and they shall wet you with the dew of heaven, and seven times shall pass over you, till you know that the most High rules in the kingdom of men, and gives it to whomever he will.

My God has sent his angel, and has shut the lions’ mouths, that they have not hurt me: seeing that before him innocence was found in me; and also before you, O king, have I done no hurt.

And you shall know that I am in the midst of Israel, and that I am the LORD your God, and none else: and my people shall never be ashamed.

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

And Jesus said, Make the men sit down. Now there was much grass in the place. So the men sat down, in number about five thousand.

But you shall receive power, after the Holy Spirit has come upon you: and you shall be witnesses to me both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea, and in Samaria, and to the farthest part of the earth.

And saying, Sirs, why are you doing these things? We also are men of like passions with you, and preach to you that you should turn from these vanities to the living God, who made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all things that are in it:

For their rock is not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges.

See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.

He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are justice: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.

Unto you it was shown, that you might know that the LORD he is God; there is none else besides him.

Know therefore this day, and consider it in your heart, that the LORD he is God in heaven above, and upon the earth beneath: there is none else.

Therefore seeing that we also are surrounded with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily besets us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

(For the life was made known, and we have seen it, and bear witness, and show you that eternal life, which was with the Father, and was made known to us;)

There is none holy as the LORD: for there is none besides you: neither is there any rock like our God.
