O Zion, that brings good tidings, go up into the high mountain; O Jerusalem, that brings good tidings, lift up your voice with strength; lift it up, be not afraid; say to the cities of Judah, Behold your God!
You are my witnesses, says the LORD, and my servant whom I have chosen: that you may know and believe me, and understand that I am he: before me there was no God formed, neither shall there be any after me.
Who says of Cyrus, He is my shepherd, and shall perform all my pleasure: even saying to Jerusalem, You shall be built; and to the temple, Your foundation shall be laid.
I have declared the former things from the beginning; and they went forth out of my mouth, and I made them known; I did them suddenly, and they came to pass.
How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him who brings good tidings, who announces peace; who brings good tidings of good, who announces salvation; who says to Zion, Your God reigns!
Behold upon the mountains the feet of him who brings good tidings, who announces peace! O Judah, keep your solemn feasts, perform your vows: for the wicked shall no more pass through you; he is completely cut off.
And how shall they preach, unless they are sent? As it is written, How beautiful are the feet of those who preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
