Though you have greatly broken us in the place of dragons, and covered us with the shadow of death.

And Hazor shall be a dwelling for dragons, and a desolation for ever: there shall no man remain there, nor any son of man dwell in it.

And Babylon shall become heaps of ruins, a dwelling place for dragons, an astonishment, and a hissing, without an inhabitant.

Her cities are a desolation, a dry land, and a wilderness, a land in which no man dwells, neither does any son of man pass thereby.

And I will make Jerusalem heaps of ruins, and a den of dragons; and I will make the cities of Judah desolate, without an inhabitant.

Even the sea monsters draw out the breast, they give suck to their young ones: the daughter of my people has become cruel, like the ostriches in the wilderness.

For, lo, they are gone because of destruction: Egypt shall gather them up, Memphis shall bury them: the pleasant places for their silver, nettles shall possess them: thorns shall be in their tabernacles.

Therefore as I live, says the LORD of hosts, the God of Israel, Surely Moab shall be like Sodom, and the children of Ammon like Gomorrah, even for the growing of nettles, and salt pits, and a perpetual desolation: the remainder of my people shall plunder them, and the remnant of my people shall possess them.

And I hated Esau, and laid his mountains and his heritage waste for the dragons of the wilderness.

And he cried out mightily with a strong voice, saying, Babylon the great is fallen, is fallen, and has become the habitation of devils, and the hold of every foul spirit, and a cage of every unclean and hateful bird.
