Moreover the LORD says, Because the daughters of Zion are haughty, and walk with stretched out necks and wanton eyes, walking and swaying as they go, and making a tinkling with their feet:
Go forth, O you daughters of Zion, and behold king Solomon with the crown with which his mother crowned him in the day of his espousals, and in the day of the gladness of his heart.
For, behold, the Lord, the LORD of hosts, takes away from Jerusalem and from Judah the support and the staff, the whole provision of bread, and the whole provision of water,
When the Lord shall have washed away the filth of the daughters of Zion, and shall have cleansed the blood of Jerusalem from the midst thereof by the spirit of judgment, and by the spirit of burning.
In that day shall you not be ashamed of all your doings, in which you have transgressed against me: for then I will take away out of the midst of you those who rejoice in your pride, and you shall no more be haughty because of my holy mountain.
