And he put them all together under guard three days.
And the captain of the guard charged Joseph with them, and he served them: and they continued a season under guard.
And he asked Pharaoh’s officers that were with him in custody in his lord’s house, saying, Why do you look so sad today?
Pharaoh was angry with his servants, and put me under guard in the captain of the guard’s house, both me and the chief baker:
TETH. You have dealt well with your servant, O LORD, according to your word.
And they shall be gathered together, as prisoners are gathered in the pit, and shall be shut up in the prison, and after many days shall they be visited.
And they put him under guard, that the mind of the LORD might be shown them.
And they laid hands on them, and put them under guard until the next day: for it was now evening.
And laid their hands on the apostles, and put them in the common prison.
For they truly for a few days disciplined us according to their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness.
