Sojourn in this land, and I will be with you, and will bless you; for to you, and to your descendents, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I swore to Abraham your father;

And the LORD appeared to Abram, and said, To your descendents will I give this land: and there he built an altar to the LORD, who appeared to him.

For all the land which you see, to you will I give it, and to your descendents for ever.

Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give it to you.

In the same day the LORD made a covenant with Abram, saying, To your descendents have I given this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the river Euphrates:

And God said, Sarah your wife shall bear you a son indeed; and you shall call his name Isaac: and I will establish my covenant with him for an everlasting covenant, and with his descendents after him.

And I will give to you, and to your descendents after you, the land in which you are a stranger, all the land of Canaan, for an everlasting possession; and I will be their God.

And Abraham journeyed from there toward the south country, and dwelt between Kadesh and Shur, and sojourned in Gerar.

And it came to pass after the death of Abraham, that God blessed his son Isaac; and Isaac dwelt by the well Lahai-roi.

Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year a hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him.

For he had possessions of flocks, and possessions of herds, and many servants: and the Philistines envied him.

And the LORD appeared to him the same night, and said, I am the God of Abraham your father: fear not, for I am with you, and will bless you, and multiply your descendents for my servant Abraham’s sake.

And, behold, the LORD stood above it, and said, I am the LORD God of Abraham your father, and the God of Isaac: the land on which you lie, to you will I give it, and to your descendents;

And, behold, I am with you, and will keep you in all places where you go, and will bring you again into this land; for I will not leave you, until I have done that which I have spoken to you of.

And the LORD said to Jacob, Return to the land of your fathers, and to your kindred; and I will be with you.

And the land which I gave Abraham and Isaac, to you I will give it, and to your descendents after you will I give the land.

And the LORD was with Joseph, and he was a prosperous man; and he was in the house of his master the Egyptian.

But the LORD was with Joseph, and showed him mercy, and gave him favor in the sight of the keeper of the prison.

And Israel said to Joseph, Behold, I die: but God shall be with you, and bring you again to the land of your fathers.

And Joseph said to his brothers, I die: and God will surely visit you, and bring you out of this land to the land which he swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob.

Even of the covenant which he made with Abraham, and of his oath unto Isaac;

He has remembered his covenant for ever, the word which he commanded to a thousand generations.

Which covenant he made with Abraham, and his oath unto Isaac;

I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go: I will guide you with my eye.

Hear my prayer, O LORD, and give ear to my cry; do not hold your peace at my tears: for I am a stranger with you, and a sojourner, as all my fathers were.

And God heard their groaning, and God remembered his covenant with Abraham, with Isaac, and with Jacob.

And he said, Certainly I will be with you; and this shall be a token to you, that I have sent you: When you have brought forth the people out of Egypt, you shall serve God upon this mountain.

And I have also established my covenant with them, to give them the land of Canaan, the land of their pilgrimage, in which they were strangers.

And I will take you to me for a people, and I will be to you a God: and you shall know that I am the LORD your God, who brings you out from under the burdens of the Egyptians.

And I will bring you into the land, concerning which I did swear to give it to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob; and I will give it to you for a heritage: I am the LORD.

When you pass through the waters, I will be with you; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow you: when you walk through the fire, you shall not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon you.

Fear not: for I am with you: I will bring your children from the east, and gather you from the west;

You will perform the truth to Jacob, and the mercy to Abraham, which you have sworn to our fathers from the days of old.

God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: has he said, and shall he not do it? or has he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

Behold, I have set the land before you: go in and possess the land which the LORD swore to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, to give to them and to their descendents after them.

And the LORD said to him, This is the land which I swore to Abraham, to Isaac, and to Jacob, saying, I will give it to your descendents: I have caused you to see it with your eyes, but you shall not go over there.

Those things which you have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you.

By faith he dwelt for a time in the land of promise, as in a strange country, dwelling in tabernacles with Isaac and Jacob, the heirs with him of the same promise:

In the same way God, desiring more abundantly to show to the heirs of promise the immutability of his counsel, confirmed it by an oath:
