Then I looked, and behold, in the firmament that was above the head of the cherubims there appeared over them what looked like a sapphire stone, as the appearance of the likeness of a throne.
And he lifted up his eyes and looked, and, lo, three men stood by him: and when he saw them, he ran to meet them from the tent door, and bowed himself toward the ground,
And he said, Behold now, I have taken on me to speak to the Lord: Perhaps there shall be twenty found there. And he said, I will not destroy it for twenty’s sake.
So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.
And they saw the God of Israel: and there was under his feet what looked like a paved work of a sapphire stone, and like the substance of heaven in its clearness.
And it came to pass after many days that the LORD said to me, Arise, go to the Euphrates, and take the waistband from there, which I commanded you to hide there.
Now it came to pass in the thirtieth year, in the fourth month, in the fifth day of the month, as I was among the captives by the river of Chebar, that the heavens were opened, and I saw visions of God.
And in the midst of the seven candlesticks one like the Son of man, clothed with a garment down to the foot, and wrapped around the chest with a golden band.
