And Moses stretched forth his rod over the land of Egypt, and the LORD brought an east wind upon the land all that day, and all that night; and when it was morning, the east wind brought the locusts.

And you shall take this rod in your hand, with which you shall do signs.

And the LORD said to him, What is that in your hand? And he said, A rod.

And Moses took his wife and his sons, and set them upon a donkey, and he returned to the land of Egypt: and Moses took the rod of God in his hand.

And he said, Throw it on the ground. And he threw it on the ground, and it became a serpent; and Moses fled from before it.

And the LORD spoke to Moses and to Aaron, saying,

And Moses stretched forth his rod toward heaven: and the LORD sent thunder and hail, and the fire ran along upon the ground; and the LORD rained hail upon the land of Egypt.

Ask a sign of the LORD your God; ask it either in the depth, or in the height above.

Speak, and say, Thus says the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against you, Pharaoh king of Egypt, the great dragon who lies in the midst of his rivers, who has said, My river is my own, and I have made it for myself.

But he answered and said to them, An evil and adulterous generation looks for a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonah:

But if I do, though you do not believe me, believe the works: that you may know, and believe, that the Father is in me, and I in him.

Then answered the Jews and said to him, What sign do you show to us, seeing that you do these things?

They said therefore to him, What sign do you show then, that we may see, and believe you? What work do you do?
