Keep back your servant also from presumptuous sins; let them not have dominion over me: then shall I be upright, and I shall be innocent of the great transgression.

And he that strikes his father, or his mother, shall surely be put to death.

A man that does violence to the blood of any person shall flee to the pit; let no man restrain him.

And if he strikes him with an instrument of iron, so that he dies, he is a murderer: the murderer shall surely be put to death.

So I spoke to you; and you would not hear, but rebelled against the commandment of the LORD, and went presumptuously up into the hill.

When a prophet speaks in the name of the LORD, if the thing does not follow, nor come to pass, that is the thing which the LORD has not spoken, but the prophet has spoken it presumptuously: you shall not be afraid of him.

Cursed be he that strikes his neighbor secretly. And all the people shall say, Amen.

For if we sin willfully after we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remains no more sacrifice for sins,

But chiefly those who walk after the flesh in the lust of uncleanness, and despise authority. Presumptuous and self-willed, they are not afraid to speak evil of that which is honorable
