And Pharaoh directed all his people, saying, Every son that is born you shall throw into the river, and every daughter you shall save alive.

But lift up your rod, and stretch out your hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.

Then sang Moses and the children of Israel this song to the LORD, and spoke, saying, I will sing to the LORD, for he has triumphed gloriously: the horse and his rider has he thrown into the sea.

Pharaoh’s chariots and his army has he thrown into the sea: his chosen captains also are drowned in the Red sea.

And the LORD spoke to Moses, Say to Aaron, Take your rod, and stretch out your hand upon the waters of Egypt, upon their streams, upon their rivers, and upon their ponds, and upon all their pools of water, that they may become blood; and that there may be blood throughout all the land of Egypt, both in vessels of wood, and in vessels of stone.

And the LORD spoke to Moses, Say unto Aaron, Stretch forth your hand with your rod over the streams, over the rivers, and over the ponds, and cause frogs to come up upon the land of Egypt.

And there shall be a highway for the remnant of his people, which shall be left, from Assyria; as it was for Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.

For with the judgment you judge, you shall be judged: and with the measure you use, it shall be measured to you again.

But the men marveled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!

For he shall have judgment without mercy that has shown no mercy; and mercy rejoices against judgment.

For they have shed the blood of saints and prophets, and you have given them blood to drink; for they are deserving.
