And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying,
And it came to pass the very same day, that the LORD did bring the children of Israel out of the land of Egypt by their armies.
That you shall set apart unto the LORD all that opens the womb, and every firstborn that comes of an animal which you have; the males shall be the LORD’S.
Sanctify unto me all the firstborn, whatever opens the womb among the children of Israel, both of man and of animals: it is mine.
